York Region offers both evening and weekend classes.
Classes are available in Markham, Newmarket, Richmond Hill and Vaughan.
Evening classes run for six weeks and are two hours long.
Weekend classes are six and a half hours a day for two days.
This program is available to pregnant women and their support person or partner living in York Region.
