You do not have to be a registered client to access this service and no referral is needed. You do have to live in West Elgin Community Health Centre's catchment area (West Elgin) to access services. A registered nurse can answer questions and provide a home visit if needed. West Elgin Community Health Centre also offers prenatal classes and a Grow with Baby well baby check/parent drop-in.
